Jetset Creative Return & Subscription Policy

At Jetset Creative, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and solutions. By purchasing any of our services, clients agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payments, subscriptions, and account management.
All sales are final. Jetset Creative does not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to done-for-you services, subscription plans, and online courses. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage all clients to carefully review our offerings and consult with our team before making a purchase.
Clients who create a sub-account through Jetset Creative are fully responsible for the associated monthly subscription fees. By subscribing, clients acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms:
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the agreed payment schedule.
Clients must ensure that their payment information is up to date to avoid service disruptions.
Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension and eventual deletion.
If a client fails to make a payment on their subscription, the following actions will take place:
Grace Period: Clients will have a two-week (14-day) grace period from the due date to make the required payment without penalty.
Account Suspension: If payment is not received within the grace period, the sub-account will be temporarily suspended, limiting access to services and features.
Account Deletion: If the outstanding payment is not made within 14 days after the grace period ends (a total of 28 days from the due date), the sub-account will be permanently deleted, and all associated data will be lost.
Jetset Creative is not responsible for any loss of data due to account deletion resulting from non-payment.
While Jetset Creative does not offer refunds, clients may choose to cancel their subscription under the following conditions:
Clients must submit a cancellation request in writing via email to [email protected] at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Cancellations made after the billing date will not be eligible for a refund for that month’s payment.
Upon cancellation, clients will retain access to their account until the end of their current billing cycle, after which their access will be revoked. Any outstanding payments at the time of cancellation remain due and must be settled before the account is officially closed.
As Jetset Creative provides digital services, there are no physical goods to be returned. However, if a service is not delivered as described due to an error on our part, clients may submit a written complaint within 7 days of purchase to request a resolution. Our team will review the case and offer an appropriate remedy, such as correcting the issue or providing additional support.
By engaging with Jetset Creative's services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made in a timely manner to maintain uninterrupted access to services.
